HubsteriaGrid

Built for the connection you have—not the connection you wish you had.

Preserve supported activity locally, show pending records clearly, and synchronize safely when connectivity returns.

Pilot honesty

This page describes the continuity direction. Full multi-day offline POS parity with dedicated native apps is not claimed for pilot cafés until endurance testing is documented.

Live sync status and queued work live in the signed-in app at Sync centre. During the pilot we share an up-to-date capability checklist with operators — ask on Contact or through your Hubsteria onboarding contact.

Continuity when the network stutters

HubsteriaGrid is the continuity layer: supported workflows queue locally, show pending state clearly, and retry when connectivity returns. Staff always know whether a sale is confirmed or still waiting to sync.

Honest pilot boundaries

We do not claim multi-day offline parity with dedicated native POS apps until endurance testing is documented. Pilot cafés receive a current capability checklist through onboarding and Contact.

  • Online, slow, and offline awareness on supported workflows
  • Local pending queue with visible save state
  • Retry controls and last successful synchronization
  • Device status and conflict awareness where implemented

When sync resumes, pending sales reconcile against the same product catalog your staff see on Sell.

Guaranteed multi-day offline operation for every workflow is not claimed until endurance testing is documented.
